Our standard prices are: B/W (black & white) single-sided ₹3/page, B/W double-sided ₹2.5/side, colour printing ₹12/page, spiral binding from ₹50, and passport photo ₹10 per set. These are the most competitive rates in Haridwar. Prices may vary slightly for bulk orders — contact us for a custom quote.

Yes! You can place your order directly on our website at any time. Simply upload your file (PDF, DOCX, JPG, PNG and more are supported), choose your print options (B/W or colour, single or double-sided, number of copies, binding type), submit your order, and collect when ready. You can also send your file via WhatsApp and we will process it for you.

We accept a wide range of file formats including PDF, Microsoft Word (DOC, DOCX), PowerPoint (PPT, PPTX), Excel (XLS, XLSX), JPEG, PNG, and TIFF. For best results, we recommend uploading a PDF with embedded fonts. If you have any trouble with your file, our team will help you convert or fix it.

For most standard orders, we process and print within 1–2 hours of receiving your order. Bulk orders of 500+ pages may take up to 4 hours. Orders placed before 6 PM are guaranteed same-day. For urgent needs, WhatsApp us and we will do our best to prioritise your order.

Yes — same-day printing is our standard! Orders placed before 6 PM Monday to Saturday are typically ready for collection within 1–2 hours. We are open 9 AM to 8 PM, six days a week. Even large jobs are usually completed same day if submitted by early afternoon.

Yes, we offer delivery service within Haridwar city and select pincodes including Haridwar Main (249401), Jwalapur (249403), Bhel Nagar/Ranipur More (249404), Shyampur/Ranipur (249405), Sidcul/Shivalik Nagar (249407), and Bahadrabad (249410). A delivery fee of ₹35 applies, waived for orders above 150 pages. Select the delivery option when placing your order.

We offer three types of binding: (1) Spiral binding — the most popular choice for thesis, projects and reports, lies flat when open; (2) Soft cover binding — laminated front page for a professional finish, great for formal submissions; and (3) Hard cover binding — most durable option, ideal for final-year dissertations, corporate reports and premium documents. All binding can be combined with our printing service.

Absolutely — thesis and project printing is one of our most common services! Upload your file online or send it on WhatsApp. We will print it in B/W or colour as required, and bind it in spiral, soft cover, or hard cover based on your college or university guidelines. We handle thesis submissions for students from IIT Roorkee, Gurukul Kangri University, and all other institutions in and around Haridwar.

Yes, we print passport-size photographs at ₹10 per set. We follow the standard 3.5 cm × 4.5 cm dimensions and can accommodate any specific requirements for visa applications, government forms, college admission, railway passes, and other official uses. Custom sizes are also available on request. Just send us your image on WhatsApp and we will prepare it.

Yes, we offer fast photocopy services in Haridwar for all types of documents including Aadhaar cards, PAN cards, marksheets, certificates, legal documents, educational handouts, and more. B/W photocopies start at ₹3/page. Walk in with your originals or upload digital versions online. Copies are ready in minutes.

Yes, we offer better per-page pricing on bulk orders. For orders of 100+ pages, please contact us on WhatsApp for a custom quote. We regularly handle bulk print runs for coaching institutes, schools, businesses, temples and event organisers across Haridwar. Large jobs are given priority processing.

After placing your order, you will receive a unique Order ID. Visit our Track Order page and enter your Order ID to see real-time status updates — from "Order Received" through "Printing in Progress" to "Ready for Pickup" or "Out for Delivery".

Currently we accept cash on pickup or delivery. Online payment options are available in select cases — please contact us on WhatsApp to arrange. We do not charge any extra fees for cash payments.

We are open Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 8 PM. We are closed on Sundays and major public holidays. For holiday exceptions and extended hours during peak exam season, check our WhatsApp status or contact us directly.

You can cancel or modify your order by contacting us on WhatsApp as quickly as possible. Once your order has been printed, cancellation is not possible. For unprinted orders, we will make the changes or process a cancellation without any charge. We always confirm receipt of your order and will let you know if there are any issues with your file before printing begins.
